    答：一般點(diǎn)蝕肯定與潤滑油有關(guān)系，同時(shí)它還要與伺服精密行星減速機的材料有密切聯(lián)系。平時(shí)的使用過(guò)程一會(huì )有一定處理規范。還有一點(diǎn)就是由于齒輪接觸不好造成局部超負荷而產(chǎn)生的，齒輪的局部超負荷使實(shí)際接觸應力大大超過(guò)齒輪材料的許用接觸應力，有的齒輪達不到全齒長(cháng)接觸或僅在齒的一端接觸，甚至對角接觸。材料及處理規范的影響，其次，潤滑油也會(huì )對早期點(diǎn)蝕造成影響。
