    提高減速機齒輪的強度主要是指抗彎強度和齒面接觸強度，有以下幾個(gè)方法：

        1、選擇合適的變位系數，設計成齒輪（正變位）可以增大輪齒齒厚，提高輪齒的抗彎強度
    

        2、在制造工藝上，增加齒根圓角，提高表面質(zhì)量，也可以提高齒輪的強度。
    

        3、建議合理選用材料（如40cr、45#、45mn2鋼；0cr.20crmnti.20crmnvb.20crnih）和熱處理方式（表面淬火、滲碳、高頻淬火），提高輪齒的表面硬度，可以提高齒面接觸疲勞強度。
