           齒輪減速機是利用各級齒輪傳動(dòng)來(lái)達到降速的目的.減速器就是由各級齒輪副組成的.比如用小齒輪帶動(dòng)大齒輪就能達到一定的減速的目的,再采用多級這樣的結構,就可以大大降低轉速了.
    

     
    

           齒輪減速機一般用于低轉速大扭矩的傳動(dòng)設備，把電動(dòng)機.內燃機或其它高速運轉的動(dòng)力通過(guò)減速機的輸入軸上的齒數少的齒輪嚙合輸出軸上的大齒輪來(lái)達到減速的目的，普通的減速機也會(huì )有幾對相同原理齒輪達到理想的減速效果，大小齒輪的齒數之比，就是傳動(dòng)比。
