    一、減速機出現了過(guò)熱的故障

    1、減速機出現過(guò)熱的原因是：
    

    a.減速機超負荷運行了；　　
    

    b.減速機內的潤滑油不足或者過(guò)多了；　　
    

    2、減速機過(guò)熱的處理方法：
    

    工作人員可以對減速機的實(shí)際負荷進(jìn)行一個(gè)詳細的檢查，將其調整到規定的數值上，或者說(shuō)是可以更換一個(gè)較大功率的減速機，嚴格的按照規定的用油量來(lái)使用潤滑油。
