    直角行星減速機返油該怎么避免

    答：1、把直角行星減速機的排氣閥左邊的油與其他油隔離，油位只略高于隔墻。
    
　　 2、把油箱和排氣閥移在旁邊面，以下降油位，削減油量。
    
　　 3、減速機底座平面要平整，閥片加彈力。
    
　　 4、軸承和密封部位要可靠，適時(shí)轉換。
    
　　 5、在油孔中加管子，使油位僅略高于進(jìn)油口。
    
　　 6、設置減速機的止回閥組織，停減速機時(shí)主動(dòng)封閉進(jìn)油孔。
    
　　 7、設置減速機輔助組織，停止減速機時(shí)堵截油路。
